Please fill out the forms below and we will contact you as soon as possible.
(i) All financial obligations to AUA must be satisfied.
(ii) Requests must made in writing by the student. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
(iii) Requests will be processed between 10 – 15 working days upon submitting their request
(iv) Transcripts and recommendation letters are mailed directly to the requested organization in sealed envelopes.
(v )Student is responsible for providing correct mailing address)
(vi) Transcripts of semester credit hours earned at other institutions are not available for distribution.
